Single-Use-Pump's reduce downtime between batches and Clio family of O-SUPs are in particular easy to exchange. The Single-Use-Pump chamber can be replaced in seconds without any tools. In the biotech and pharmaceutical development process the Clio pumps is the fastest and cheapest Positive Displacement (PD) O-SUP. Because Clio is a true PD pump no extra mass-flow sensor is required.
Clio Single-Use-Pump chamber are manufactured from medical grade PolyCarbonate and Nylon. The single diaphragm is manufactured from medical grade silicone. The two valves are manufactured from medical grade silicone. Hoses in any length in silicone from the supplier you may desire. Hose connections of the design and supplier you require.
The red Laser sensor is connected via a 1.5 meter cable to the Clotho Drive Unit. The Clio SUP cell need only one hose for drive gas also connected to the Clotho Drive Unit. No electrical motor or servo motor drive for Clio is required.
