Clio CM140 is a fully programmable stand-alone 10 - 6,000 mL/min Air-Operated-Diaphragm-Positive-Displacement (AODPD) Single-Use-Pump (SUP). No need for externally mounted mass-flow sensor. Impressive >1:5,000 mass-flow ratio.
Single-Use-Pump's significantly reduce downtime between batches and Clio family of O-SUP's are particular easy to work with and exchange. The Clio OneWay-Single-Use-Pump cell chamber can be replaced in seconds without any tools. In the biotech and pharmaceutical development process the Clio pumps is the fastest and cheapest Positive Displacement (PD) SUP. Because Clio is a true PD pump even no extra mass-flow sensor is required.
Clio Single-Use-Pump cell chamber are fabricated in cost-effective PolyCarbonate. The diaphragm is manufactured from medical grade silicone. The two valves are manufactured from medical grade silicone. Liquid hoses in any length from the silicone hose supplier you may desire. Hose connections of the design and supplier you require.
The red Laser sensor connects via a 1.5 meter cable to the larger Lachesis Drive Unit. The Clio O-SUP cell need only one hose for drive gas connected to the Lachesis Drive Unit. No electrical motor or servo motor drive for Clio O-SUP is required.
